DISPENSING REQUIREMENTS

Hardware: Use only wine-certified 304-grade Stainless Steel (No 303-grade steel or Beer Parts!) For best results, use barrier tubing.

BEST PRACTICES

Use beverage grade Co2. Use a Flow Control Faucet. (sold by every major draft parts supplier) Sparkling wine kegs should be stored with the beer and/or white wines. For optimum pouring store kegs at 36-39 degrees. Lines should be cleaned quarterly.

Coffee

DISPENSING REQUIREMENTS

Use Nitrogen. For nitro cold brew, use a stout faucet. Lines should be cleaned quarterly.

Wine

With wine on tap, you can offer higher quality wines by the glass without the fear of spoilage or cork taint. Your last glass is just as great as your first!

The gas fills the headspace as wine is poured, creating a blanket that protects the wine from oxygen (the #1 contributor to wine spoilage).

DISPENSING REQUIREMENTS

Hardware: Use only wine-certified 304-grade Stainless Steel (No 303-grade steel or Beer Parts!) To prevent oxygen permentation, use non-oxidizing “flavorlock” tubing.

BEST PRACTICES

Recommended Dispensing Temperatures: 40 - 45° for Whites 55 - 60° for Reds We recommend you keep the pressure gauge reading somewhere between 4 - 10 PSI. Wine lines should be cleaned quarterly.

Beer

DISPENSING REQUIREMENTS

Stainless steel is preferred but not required. Use of a nitrogen separator like the unit from Green Air Supply is recommended for long draw systems. Gas blends and pressure requirements vary on each system.

Beer lines should be cleaned on a reoccurring schedule.
