With wine on tap, you can offer higher quality wines by the glass without the fear of spoilage or cork taint.
Your last glass is just as great as your first!

The gas fills the headspace as wine is poured, creating a blanket that protects the wine from oxygen (the #1 contributor to wine spoilage).

DISPENSING REQUIREMENTS

Hardware: Use only wine-certified 304-grade Stainless Steel
(No 303-grade steel or Beer Parts!)
To prevent oxygen permentation, use non-oxidizing “flavorlock” tubing.

BEST PRACTICES

Recommended Dispensing Temperatures:
40 – 45° for Whites
55 – 60° for Reds

We recommend you keep the pressure gauge reading somewhere
between 4 – 10 PSI.

Wine lines should be cleaned quarterly.
