DISPENSING REQUIREMENTS
Hardware: Use only wine-certified 304-grade Stainless Steel
(No 303-grade steel or Beer Parts!)
For best results, use barrier tubing.
BEST PRACTICES
Use beverage grade Co2.
Use a Flow Control Faucet. (sold by every major draft parts supplier)
Sparkling wine kegs should be stored with the beer and/or white wines.
For optimum pouring store kegs at 36-39 degrees.
Lines should be cleaned quarterly.
